📋 Description

• Communicate Support Center initiatives, operational priorities, plans, opportunities, and goals to franchise owners • Coach franchise owners and managers on business performance and operational improvement • Manage a portfolio of 5–15 franchise owners and managers • Conduct regular business reviews covering financial, operational, and consumer feedback metrics • Identify root causes and develop actionable improvement plans • Establish priorities and measurable goals and follow up to drive accountability and results • Analyze business and operational metrics and provide recommendations • Partner with Directors and Senior Director of Operations to align coaching priorities and support plans • Conduct periodic studio visits and bootcamps • Reinforce brand standards and provide hands-on coaching • Lead at least three in-person sales or customer service training sessions per month • Lead regional meetings and train franchise owners and managers on tools, systems, and best practices • Collaborate with the Support Center to develop and implement programs for studio teams • Address ongoing owner questions and business needs • Manage work schedules to prioritize franchise-owner visibility and timely regional results • Participate in conference calls, meetings, and other business forums • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • At least three years of successfully supporting franchisees, working in a franchised business, or in a field operations position • Multi-unit management experience preferred • Experience with Amazing Lash Studio, Elements Massage, and the health and wellness industries a plus • Proven franchise operations consulting experience • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, collaboration, and mentoring skills • Experience supporting franchisees and developing actionable plans • Excellent planning, time management, organizational, and prioritization skills • Strong business acumen, analytical, and financial skills • Ability to analyze business and operational metrics and translate insights into actionable plans • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including group presentations • Strong influencing skills • Ability to build trusted relationships and hold franchise owners accountable • Ability to lead initiatives under tight deadlines • High attention to detail and ability to improve operational effectiveness • Ability to assess operations, programs, and staffing • Flexibility in a constantly changing environment • Ability to remain calm under stress and pressure • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% • Valid driver's license and must be insurable on rental vehicles • Extensive travel by car and air, as well as weekend work • Personal credit card for use while traveling
