📋 Description
• Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with healthcare systems and educational institutions. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of partnership agreements. • Serve as a consultative partner to prospective and existing employers.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred. • 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnership development, B2B sales, or strategic account management. • Strong consultative selling and strategic thinking skills. • Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing informal leadership to team members.
