📋 Description

• Identify and secure new accounts for Valero Fleet Card programs • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs (net cards, gallons, revenue) • Develop a strategic plan for territory expansion in collaboration with your sales manager • Self-generate leads and build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce • Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship building • Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment • Ability to sell against the competition • Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills • High degree of territory management capability, including a multi-state territory • Willingness to travel via air or vehicle • Successful completion of a background investigation • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
