📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for government sector • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities • Oversee the development of compelling proposals and presentations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and customer success • Ensure all sales activities comply with government regulations and procurement policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of fuel sales experience • At least 5 years in a leadership role focused on government sales • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share • Deep understanding of government procurement processes and regulations • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
