📋 Description

• Lead contract negotiations for suppliers and B2B customers • Assist with tenders and procurement processes • Provide legal advice to the business and wider compliance team • Draft, review and negotiate supplier and customer contracts across multiple jurisdictions, predominantly regulated US gambling • Assist the licensing team with applications and due diligence for regulators globally • Support material regulatory communications • Advise the business on legal risks across commercial matters and strategic decisions, including corporate and IP • Support compliance and AML teams on regulations and complex customer cases • Provide occasional assistance in disputes and litigation • Assist with legal aspects of commercial tenders • Work closely with C-Suite, Compliance, Delivery, Licensing and Finance stakeholders • Perform other related tasks as reasonably required

🎯 Requirements

• A UK or US qualified solicitor/attorney • 2-4 years PQE • Proven track record in high-value commercial negotiations • High-quality drafting ability • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a wide global remit • Expert written and oral communication skills, with an ability to tailor legal advice to a range of audiences from sales to C-Suite to developers • A commercial approach to legal advice, balancing legal issues with business operations and providing relevant, constructive solutions • Experience in online gambling or similar regulated fields is preferred • Licensing experience • Experience working with external counsel and regulatory authorities
