📋 Description

• Analyze individual customer needs, provide consultation, and sell the product range • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners • Acquire new customers and expand the network • Monitor market conditions and identify competitive opportunities and risks • Attend trade and industry fairs and present Hoyer • Work as Regional Field Manager in Thuringia, ZIP area 99

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience — you have a proven track record in sales and know how to win customers • Ideally a completed commercial vocational training • Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex issues clearly • Mobility and flexibility for regular field work • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Independent working style and the ability to work responsibly
