📋 Description

• Participate in the Komatsu Williams Engineering Academy • Complete F1-related e-learning modules and tasks • Receive quarterly coaching from a Williams F1 Team or Komatsu mentor • Gain exposure to engineering innovation in Formula 1 and related industries • Access potential work experience and placement opportunities • Network and connect with a global community • Complete online skills and capabilities testing • Submit a 3-minute video answering recruitment questions if selected • Participate in a virtual assessment centre involving individual and team technical and behavioural tasks • Progress through a four-stage application and selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a first- or second-year university student • Must be an active member of a Formula Student or FSAE team • Passion for engineering • Curiosity and open-mindedness • Enthusiasm, interest and motivation to learn new things • Conscientiousness • Active listening skills • Submit a CV and cover letter • Stable internet connection for online assessment • Must be available to complete the initial online assessment within 5 days • Must be available to create a 3-minute video within 5 days if selected • May be asked to provide a portfolio of project work
