📋 Description

• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to timesheets, billing, reports, contractor information, and administration within 24 hours • Onboard new WilsonCTS, MSP, and CWM contractors, ensuring they understand payroll options and have all required documentation (contracts, administrative forms, health and safety training, tax forms, payroll schedule, etc.) • Act as the liaison between the finance team and internal/external staff for all payroll-related communications • Provide employment verification letters and perform reference checks for contractors • Process contract extensions and terminations in the CTS applicant tracking system, Avature • Ensure MSP vendor compliance • Ensure the active contractor community on client sites is updated monthly (Core + MSP) • Manage agency monthly hours • Manage and file all signed contracts • Conduct contractor audits as required • Generate standardized or custom reports on a regular or ad hoc basis for internal changes • Perform other related tasks and projects as required

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role • Undergraduate degree; a degree in human resources is an asset • Chartered Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or in progress is an asset • Bilingual – fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities • High attention to detail and commitment to quality • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Calm and professional demeanor
