📋 Description

• Answer customer questions and resolve inquiries • Respond to incoming inquiries about orders, products, and pricing • Focus on First Call Resolution • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a sense of urgency • Multitask across multiple platforms and conversations, prioritizing phone calls • Communicate thoroughly with internal partners and customers • Consistently exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding customer service

🎯 Requirements

• One or more years of related experience and/or training in an office environment • Self-directed completion of daily work • Ability to multitask • Effective and professional communication with external customers and coworkers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage customer requests through the complete resolution process • Ability to work with little guidance or instruction • Attention to detail • High-level customer service ability
