📋 Description
• Conduct both on-site and virtual training for local companies • Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions • Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved • Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work individually or as part of a team • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
