📋 Description

• Develop and maintain profitable new business by visiting agents, attending industry events, shows, and also seeking out opportunities with companies and/or general agents of quality and acceptability in accordance with FIRST guidelines. • Maintain contact with current customers by analyzing their needs, identifying problems and providing solutions in order to retain and expand their loan volume. • Communicate with sales team in order to maximize new sales opportunities and monitor processing problems and/or operational efficiencies. • Provide internal assistance to Marketing and Collection personnel as needed and keep a watchful eye on industry trends. • Efficient use of travel and entertainment budget and timely submittal of expense reports and Establish and maintain CRM system and communicate weekly activity to management as directed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in insurance industry related sales • Bachelor's Degree • Located in Texas or Louisiana
