📋 Description

• Lead warehouse racking installation projects from planning through completion while ensuring safety, quality, budget adherence, and schedule attainment • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing customer experience, project communication, issue resolution, and relationship management • Manage project budgets, forecasts, labor utilization, travel costs, equipment expenses, profitability, and change orders • Develop project schedules, coordinate crew availability, allocate resources, and maintain project timelines • Lead, train, mentor, and develop Project Leads, Foremen, and installation teams • Monitor employee performance, conduct coaching and performance reviews, and hold teams accountable to company standards • Drive safety compliance through site audits, toolbox talks, OSHA compliance, and safe work practices • Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction • Track key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and profitability • Conduct job walks, project reviews, customer meetings, and site inspections

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management, operations management, construction management, or industrial installation leadership experience • Experience managing warehouse racking, material handling, industrial construction, or related installation projects • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial performance • Strong leadership skills with experience developing, coaching, training, and managing field installation teams • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, labor forecasting, and operational execution • Excellent communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills • Ability to analyze project performance metrics and make data-driven decisions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to building a strong safety culture • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout assigned regions • OSHA 30 or other project management certifications preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
