• Professional experience in sales • Enjoy speaking with people • Communicate persuasively and empathetically • Performance-oriented mindset • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs • Self-motivated and accountable • Able to use feedback constructively • Willingness to develop further in sales • Sales talent, drive, and eagerness to learn • Experience in telesales, call centers, customer advisory, fitness, or telecommunications is an advantage
