📋 Description

• Partner with Product Solutions and business stakeholders across Warner Music Group to rapidly build and deploy automation and data/AI solutions • Work directly with stakeholders across labels and global functions to deliver rapid solutions • Turn manual tasks that take weeks into workflows that take minutes • Develop full-stack solutions including data pipelining and interop, Python backend development, dashboards, and Streamlit applications • Leverage Databricks and Snowflake AI tools, including Genie and Cortex, to build solutions rapidly • Deliver production AI solutions for non-technical stakeholders • Rapidly understand ambiguous problem spaces and develop impactful solutions without curated requirements • Communicate with stakeholders from entry level through executive level, manage expectations, and provide updates • Explore new technologies and flex across varied problems and domains • Contribute to standards and use existing tools and systems aligned with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience • Experience working with customers • Experience with Python • Experience with data pipelining, such as ETL • Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks; one is sufficient • Ideally, exposure to Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit • Ability to use AI tools to design, build, and deploy production solutions • Strong product instincts and ability to understand ambiguous problem spaces rapidly • Ability to communicate in non-technical language with stakeholders from entry level to executive level • Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Cortex Code, and Genie Code • Curiosity and adaptability across varied technologies, problems, and domains • Music fan motivated by supporting artists’ careers and compensation
