📋 Description

• Assist with working with and onboarding transportation partners. • Manage daily trips and assist parents and districts with their needs. • Manage daily customer operations, new client start-ups, client retention, and development. • Assist in capturing new business opportunities with current customers and new clients. • Work with internal staff on proposals and negotiate with customers. • Acquire and manage staff equipment and trip-related items, including badges and business cards. • Monitor legislation affecting alternative student transportation and assist with implementation. • Find, onboard, and develop relationships with local and national transportation providers. • Communicate and negotiate proposed routes with local service providers during school-year startup. • Oversee accounts to ensure efficient operations and customer service levels meet client expectations. • Oversee vehicle maintenance and compliance and manage a large driver and transportation partner pool. • Collaborate with internal departments on reports and programs to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity. • Use industry skills to support and grow daily transportation operations. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency is required. • Must be able to learn and utilize technical skills to create reports, SOPs, and assist in formulating standard practices within FirstAlt. • Must comply with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. • Must follow First Student policies and procedures. • Must maintain a safe and efficient environment for passengers, contractors, and the non-riding public.
