• Support the sales team by managing assigned leads and maintaining consistent follow-up. • Assist with discovery calls to understand prospect needs, goals, and basic requirements. • Present company services and solutions using provided scripts, decks, and guidance. • Help prepare proposals, follow-up emails, and basic sales documentation. • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including notes, activities, and pipeline stages. • Coordinate internally with Sales leadership or Client Success to ensure smooth handoffs. • Respond to prospect questions in a timely and professional manner, escalating when needed. • Complete sales-related administrative tasks to support pipeline movement. • Actively participate in sales training, coaching sessions, and feedback reviews.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account coordination, or client-facing roles. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) or willingness to learn quickly. • Organized, reliable, and comfortable following defined processes and scripts. • Technical Requirements Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs • RAM: 16 GB minimum • 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min) • USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally).
