📋 Description

• Provide mentorship and support to engineers on the team, including giving feedback. • Create intuitive, flexible product flows along with engineers, product managers, and designers. • Coordinate prioritization and assignment of engineering projects to ensure we’re shipping a high quality, maintainable product. • Collaborate with other functions to align on priorities and identify areas of opportunity. • Scale the team by recruiting talented engineers. • Ship code that advances the team’s goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as a full-stack software engineer and 2-3 years experience engineering manager. • Understanding of best practices for building maintainable, high quality product experiences. • Experience with recruiting, including designing interview loops and sourcing candidates. • Excitement around working with users and crossfunctional partners.
