📋 Description
• Own the quota/number for your territory. • Recruit/hire 1099 representatives or agencies where needed. • Provide field-training portion of onboarding sales representatives/agencies. • Responsible for the first sales calls/initial momentum after a representative is onboarded. • Lead, mentor, and manage aspects of the sales force.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma (or equivalent); college degree preferred • 3-5 years of sales experience • Strong analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Prefer experience with durable medical equipment sales
