• **What You Bring:** • - 10+ years of leadership experience in eCommerce growth, performance marketing, or digital revenue roles. • - A proven track record scaling DTC brands and driving profitable growth. • - Deep knowledge of paid acquisition, CRM/lifecycle marketing, site optimization, and community partnerships. • - Strong financial acumen, comfortable managing budgets and owning revenue KPIs. • - An analytical mindset balanced with creative instincts. • - A genuine? sense of curiosity and openness to learning new things • - A passion for building teams, empowering people, and leading through collaboration. • - Bonus points if you love yarn, crafts, or the maker movement—but curiosity and respect for our community is the most important
