📋 Description
• set the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for ad products • lead and develop PMs with strong partnerships • prioritize product investments across competing roadmaps • drive improvements to sponsored results and ad delivery • enhance how ads and organic results work together
🎯 Requirements
• 12-24 months of strategic product leadership experience • deep hands-on experience with advertising products • understanding of auction mechanics and advertiser controls • familiarity with consumer marketplaces or local discovery • track record of building and developing PM teams • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
