• Lead qualitative and quantitative research programs to understand operator needs, product-market fit, and willingness to pay across segments • Conduct in-depth customer interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence resources including battlecards and market positioning frameworks • Help define and execute the GTM strategy for Yelp Host growth, including expansion into new verticals • Develop pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies that drive acquisition, MRR growth, and retention • Build and maintain sales enablement materials that empower inbound and outbound sales teams to close deals • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure major feature launches are supported with the right positioning, customer communications, and enablement materials
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field within a B2B SaaS or technology environment • Proven track record of conducting customer research (qualitative interviews, surveys, focus groups) and translating findings into actionable GTM strategy • Experience developing GTM strategies for new products or segments in a B2B SaaS context — including ICP definition, messaging development, and launch execution • Strong analytical mindset • AI-first working style • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Bonus: experience marketing AI products with voice or conversational interfaces, or comparable emerging-tech product marketing at an early-stage company or within a 0→1 product inside a larger one
