📋 Description
• Own rep onboarding and ramp infrastructure • Execute A/B testing across vendors • Own GTM enablement technology roadmap • Develop AI-assisted templates and playbooks • Embed with the sales team to map the buyer journey • Build rep scorecards and dashboards
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Engineering • Hands-on experience with conversation and revenue intelligence platforms • Demonstrated ability to embed with sales teams • Experience designing AI agents and workflows • Experience building adoption measurement frameworks • Strong communicator and facilitator • Systems thinker capable of maintaining integrations
