📋 Description

• Provide national mobile technical support across Yugo’s UK-operated managed estate portfolio of approximately 100 properties • Support the Building Services / FM Support Team and stakeholders with planned and reactive maintenance, emergency building works, and project works • Undertake Acceptance into Service activities, including design and specification reviews, H&S File reviews, functional testing, witnessing, observations, performance reviews, recording, reporting, and defect identification • Identify estate-related technical issues and conduct detailed investigations and reviews • Produce professional reports referencing applicable statutes, regulations, Approved Codes of Practice, standards, guidance, and good industry practice • Register, track, and report building and service defects, operational and maintenance difficulties, causality, and property owner notifications • Identify potential solutions, costs, and proposals, including remediation business cases, budget estimates, CAPEX registrations, and budget submissions • Track sanctioned remedial works and maintain records of long-term property/services liabilities and risks • Conduct and assist with desktop H&S File reviews, data gathering, data analysis, and reporting • Undertake desktop and physical site asset surveys and produce premises-specific and estate-wide asset schedules • Provide technical support and advice across building fabric, mechanical, electrical, and control systems • Generate assigned project work packages and contract scopes/specifications • Undertake requests for quotation and tenders for project works • Produce bottom-up cost estimates using SPONS, CIBSE, IET, and RICS/BCIS guides • Maintain and report premises-specific backlog and lifecycle works registers • Manage specialist subcontractors in compliance with legislation and Yugo health, safety, and environmental policies

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant qualification (Technical / Building Services degree level or equivalent) • Previous experience in a Building Services Engineers role for a large multi-client estate • Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, Construction and Design Management and the Management of Contractors • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British / Harmonized Standards, Professional Institute Standards and Guidance, and associated UK Legislation • Excellent Analytical skills • Good organizational and planning skills • Ability to deliver against multiple priorities or projects simultaneously, progressing all tasks to completion • Good written and verbal communication skills
