📋 Description

• Implement SSO applications and manage onboarding/offboarding using Okta. • Optimize SaaS spend through automated workflows and license utilization monitoring. • Build tools to automate user account creation and integrate systems via API. • Resolve IT issues and eliminate recurring request patterns through automation. • Enhance and maintain the employee Mac experience and IT infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Skilled IT Systems Engineer with 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in the roll-out, maintenance, and support of an expanding IT infrastructure. • Excellent communicator with writing as the primary means of communication. • Relationship-driven, understanding the importance of trust across the organization. • Creative and resourceful in implementing simple and scalable IT solutions. • Solid time management skills to balance multiple fast-moving projects. • Growth-oriented with an interest in building efficient processes.
