📋 Description

• Own, develop, and maintain backend services • Implement API integrations • Support frontend development tasks • Contribute to infrastructure automation • Write clean, tested code • Actively participate in code reviews • Collaborate closely in agile processes using Jira and Kanban • Participate in on-call rotations • Respond to incidents • Drive proactive problem resolution • Develop new technologies in a distributed team to solve real business problems for a retail project

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional software development experience • Strong backend expertise in Kotlin, Spring Boot, and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases • Proven cloud infrastructure skills • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines • Experience ensuring high availability and reliability of production services using Kubernetes and AWS/EKS • Excellent English communication skills (CEFR C1 level), both technical and interpersonal • Open and collaborative mindset • Flexibility in adapting to evolving requirements • Nice to have: Data engineering experience bringing ML models and data science solutions to production • Nice to have: E-commerce domain knowledge, including recommender systems, ranking, or information retrieval • Nice to have: Experience with SOLR or other search engines such as Elasticsearch
