📋 Description

• At Michael & Associates, Attorneys At Law, we don’t just practice criminal defense—we’re transforming it. • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. • You will play a key function in our client engagement process, managing 50-100 inbound calls daily from prospective clients seeking top-tier legal representation. • You will be responsible for answering inquiries and providing initial information and setting appointments with our attorneys for consultations. • This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, coordinating with both prospective clients and internal team members. • You will maintain clear, professional communication at all times, ensuring that prospective clients feel confident in choosing our firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required (this is a non-negotiable qualification). • We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
