• Partner closely with RVPs on forecasting, performance analysis, GTM planning, and pipeline management • Act as a stand-in for the Regional Sales Leader when needed • Own core regional sales processes end-to-end, including territory planning and performance reporting • Drive the rollout, adoption, and scaling of AI automation tools across the EMEA GTM organization • Analyze data across Salesforce and BI tools to deliver practical recommendations
• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role • German language desirable but not required • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Salesforce and BI tools • Experience driving software adoption, specifically AI or automation tools • Ability to manage long-term strategic projects while efficiently handling day-to-day tactical requests
