• Writing SQL queries and creating dashboards for identifying and investigating losses • Running investigations into mismatched transactions • Minimizing business and user losses • Disputing losses with external partners • Developing mechanisms to detect potential losses faster
🎯 Requirements
• data-savvy • SQL • experience investigating and disputing reconciliation issues • experience with AutoRek • experience in payments or fintech company • ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment • fluent in Spanish and/or French
