📋 Description

• Produce and distribute weekly campaign performance reports for key accounts • Provide analytics data as needed to sellers/advertisers • Proactively pitch event photography sales packages • write event recaps • update status doc (and internal doc) • post BOH events to Event Calendar • Support print production • Includes monitoring submissions • creating Guide schedule and adding events • Respond to phone and email support to readers via email and voicemail within 24 hours • Manage “General” and “Subscriber” print mailing list • Support podcast bookings process

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with interior design, home, or lifestyle space • a genuine interest and passion for the industry • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Comfort with basic analytics reporting • familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics and social media insights • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred • Proven background in marketing, client communications, community development, and production. • Hands-on experience with event planning and/or production
