📋 Description

• Develop strategies to increase revenue across existing retail and e-commerce marketplace accounts • Manage day-to-day retailer relationships, account requirements, product assortment, and performance across assigned platforms • Coordinate product onboarding, listings, pricing, images, descriptions, and catalog setup • Research and identify new online retailers and marketplaces • Monitor sales, product visibility, inventory, and profitability to identify improvement opportunities • Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams on orders, inventory availability, promotions, and retailer requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings, product information, pricing, and operational requirements • Communicate with marketplace partners and retailer contacts to support growth and resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing third-party retail websites, online marketplaces, or e-commerce retailer accounts • Understanding of product onboarding, catalog management, and online retail operations • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently • Experience with platforms like Macy’s, Faire, or similar retail and wholesale marketplaces (bonus) • Experience working with EDI, retailer portals, and retailer-specific operational requirements (bonus) • Experience expanding a consumer product brand into new retail channels (bonus)
