📋 Description

• Research and build targeted prospect lists. • Develop and maintain a worldwide directory of property managers, facility managers, and cleaning companies. • Identify qualified leads within commercial real estate and commercial cleaning industries. • Verify contact information and maintain accurate lead databases. • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential prospects. • Connect with decision-makers and industry contacts. • Support relationship-building and lead nurturing activities. • Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels. • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls or appointments. • Maintain organized records of outreach activities and results. • Follow up with prospects to increase engagement and response rates. • Track lead generation activities and campaign performance. • Prepare reports on lead generation efforts, appointments booked, and outreach metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with lead generation, prospect research, or appointment setting preferred. • Familiarity with Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. • Basic understanding of CRM systems and outreach tools. • Strong internet research and data entry skills. • Excellent written English communication skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to learn new software and AI tools quickly. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with Clay or similar lead enrichment platforms. • Familiarity with AI automation tools and workflow platforms. • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams. • Knowledge of commercial real estate, property management, or cleaning service industries. • Experience with appointment setting and outbound outreach.
