📋 Description

• Answer medication-related clinical questions using patient context, source materials, and project guidelines • Review medication indications, dosing recommendations, contraindications, and drug interactions • Assess treatment history and supporting clinical documentation • Apply evidence-based prescribing guidance and professional pharmacy judgment • Review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, clarity, completeness, and evidential support • Correct inaccurate or incomplete responses • Participate in calibration and feedback sessions • Review cases involving prior authorisation criteria and medication-access requirements

🎯 Requirements

• An active US pharmacist licence • A PharmD or equivalent professional pharmacy qualification • Strong experience with medications, pharmacy workflows, and clinical decision-making • Excellent knowledge of drug interactions, contraindications, dosing, and prescribing guidelines • Ability to interpret clinical documentation and medication histories • Availability to contribute approximately 30–40 hours per week
