📋 Description

• Lead analytics with AAD’s largest end users • Develop analytics dashboards and data structures • Work collaboratively with internal and external customers in support of the RepairStack™ platform • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in analytics & visualization development/enhancement • Improve & standardize data management and data collection processes in support of analytics & visualizations • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by working directly with customers, third‑party partners, and internal teams • Build robust documentation in support of analytics and reporting structures • Support alignment of key financial accruals tied to CIP rebates to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution • Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI design and implementation in a private, public, government or military environment • One (1) year of Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Relationship builder with a competitive nature experience • Experienced in data exploration and analysis: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights • Microsoft Power Platform: Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support data workflows and visualization solutions • SQL / Azure Analysis Services: Strong skills in SQL and experience with Azure Analysis Services for data modeling and querying • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
