⢠Responsible for driving new business development activities ⢠Nurturing strategic partnerships ⢠Working collaboratively with internal teams to acquire world-class events ⢠Report to the Head of Business Development ⢠Work closely with Kestone Global's management team to achieve the company's goals
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field ⢠At least 5 years of relevant experience in Event Sales specializing in events management ⢠Experience in hunting, identifying, negotiating, and closing business deals ⢠Strong interpersonal, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of professionals ⢠Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, and budgets ⢠Knowledge of the events industry and proven success in achieving targets and driving business growth ⢠Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Salesforce / Hub Spot or similar customer relationship management software ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Comfortable in multiple languages is a plus ⢠Must be currently based in the USA and have the necessary non-company sponsored permit to work in the USA ⢠Comfortable using MS Teams / Zoom to discuss project matters with the wider team across Asia ⢠Familiar with virtual events.
