• Responsible for preparing the restaurant and team for opening • Leading on site-training • Analyzing pre & post-opening results • Recommending actions to improve business trends and execution of food and customer experience • Collaborating with restaurant readiness managers, training department, and field operations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant work experience • 5+ years of management experience • Serv Safe Certified • Experience in an organization with specific career progression related to operations • Knowledge of Restaurant industry, foodservice best practices • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point • Strong facilitation and project management skills
