📋 Description
• Lead or support stakeholder interviews and workshops • Conduct research (competitive, analytics, and user insights) • Translate findings into clear strategic direction • Develop information architecture, sitemaps, and content frameworks • Create lo-fi wireframes in Figma to express thinking • Present work to clients and guide them through recommendations
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10+ years in UX strategy, ideally in an agency environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating research → strategy → IA/wireframes • Proven ability to lead client conversations and influence decisions • Comfortable collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams • Familiarity with CMS-driven websites (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Shopify)
