📋 Description

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching, training, and direction • Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making • Ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality • Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients • Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversees the successful completion of projects • Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department • Manage Teams time and workload and recommends tradeoffs to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance • Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance • 3+ years commercial insurance experience • ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) • Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills • Have a solid understanding of the market landscape • Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff
