• Support, configure, and optimize eClinicalWorks environments • Conduct user observations to identify workflow improvements • Generate assessment reports with recommendations • Assist clients with implementations and integrations • Track tasks and maintain project materials • Provide remote and onsite issue resolution support • Conduct training sessions for users • Document specific issues related to the application
