📋 Description

• Complete installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on assigned instruments • Diagnose technical problems across multiple complex instruments • Manage customer issues from start to resolution or escalation • Plan and prioritize service visits, maintain accurate inventory • Follow all regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines • Partner with cross-functional teams to meet business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology • Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation • Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet) • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
