📋 Description

• Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade complex diagnostic instruments and automation systems. • Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, and system-level issues. • Serve as a technical escalation point for critical customer issues and complex service situations. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and expert technical guidance. • Ensure all service activities comply with Abbott quality systems, regulatory standards, and laboratory safety requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required. • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer. • Ability to travel locally up to 95% and long-distance up to 25%. • Valid driver’s license. • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Medical Technology (preferred). • Experience supporting laboratory instrumentation and automation in a clinical or diagnostic environment.
