âą Deliver clear and consistent clinical training and messaging for CoolSculpting, CoolTone and Diamond Glow, SkinMedica providers âą Strategically partner with AMI, marketing and sales leadership teams âą Partner with senior leadership to align operational goals to strategic direction âą Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives âą Assist in the development and implementation of high-quality and effective field training âą Partner and support AMI Faculty engagements and clinical training opportunities âą Support New Hire Clinical Onboarding and test outs in the field âą Manage and execute Strategic/National Account trainings for CoolSculpting, CoolTone and DiamondGlow, SkinMedica âą Act as a liaison and advocate to the field for AMI Body Contouring programs âą Measure performance and training impact using appropriate tools and techniques âą Regularly monitor progress and report to senior leadership
âą Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience âą 3-5 years of sales, medical device training, and/or clinical experience (Aesthetician, RN, provider, etc) preferred âą Strong project management skills âą Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities âą Good communication and ability to present didactic and hands-on content in small groups âą Knowledge of FDA and regulatory statutes as applied to Allergan Aesthetics products âą Classroom training experience on procedure training, consultation, business-to-business (B2B) and selling skills are desired âą High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment âą Strong integrated perspective of clinical service alongside a strategic relationship with sales âą Broad analytical thinker who ensures management decisions are informed by-the-numbers âą Strong organizational influence & proven collaboration with cross-functional teams âą Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and PowerBI âą Expertise covering and effectively routing US geography to ensure efficiency âą Ethics and integrity âą Ability to travel up to 75%; primarily domestic.
