• Execute brand strategy and tactics in the field • Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. • Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation • Effectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and gain calls to action • Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted relationships • Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics • Build understanding on customer needs and territory market landscape • Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred • Relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree is at least five (5) years of experience • three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred • Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills • English language proficiency verbally and in writing (for all non-English speaking countries)
