📋 Description

• Shape the product experience at Abridge, setting a high bar for taste, clarity, and strategic thinking across initiatives • Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners and immerse in clinical workflows • Prototype new ideas and refine existing features, translate ideas into high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows • Advocate for design excellence at every stage of the product lifecycle • Engage in user research, synthesize insights, and ensure design decisions are rooted in user needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience shipping impactful product design in complex domains • Proven track record of leading significant design initiatives from concept to launch • High craft bar with strong command of design principles, motion, and prototyping • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Highly collaborative spirit and a low ego • Experience with AI/ML products (ideal) • Experience with Consumer mobile (ideal) • Enterprise product experience (ideal) • Must be based out of New York or San Francisco or willing to relocate • Team is in-person a minimum of 3 days a week
