📋 Description

• Abridge is an AI-powered healthcare company that transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes. • Redesign healthcare delivery experiences to give clinicians back time and reduce cognitive load. • Shape product experience across initiatives affecting clinicians, patients, and care teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and immerse in clinical workflows to solve ambiguous problems. • Simplify complex clinical workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences. • Elevate visual and interaction design, push design standards, and execute high-fidelity designs and prototypes. • Lead end-to-end design execution and champion user-centered design through research and synthesized insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-12+ years of experience shipping impactful product design in complex domains (bonus for AI experience). • Proven track record of leading significant design initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact. • Extremely strong command of design principles, motion, and prototyping; high craft bar and attention to detail. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders. • Highly collaborative spirit, low ego, and willingness to learn, teach, and grow. • Ideally experience with AI/ML products; consumer mobile; enterprise product experience. • Must be based out of New York or San Francisco or willing to relocate and able to work in-person 3x a week from SF or NYC office.
