• Serve as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, People Services, and technical production support teams for Workday HCM and Recruiting. • Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience. • Manage product intake and backlog prioritization. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable deliverables. • Lead Workday release management activities, including: Impact analysis Testing coordination Deployment readiness Develop and execute clear and timely release communications to stakeholders and end users. • Ensure Workday configurations align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. • Collaborate cross-functionally to support roadmap execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Workday Certifications in: Workday HCM (Required) Workday Recruiting (Required) • Proven experience as a: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Product Owner Or a similar role supporting Workday HCM environments. • Strong understanding of: Talent Acquisition processes HR operations • Experience managing: Workday release cycles User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Change management activities. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience working with the following tools is preferred: Workday HCM Workday Recruiting Jira Confluence Airtable Microsoft Office Suite
