• Lead end-to-end transformation programs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Technology teams. • Assess existing programs, governance structures, and stakeholder landscapes to establish clarity and execution momentum. • Translate strategic business priorities into executable program roadmaps and measurable outcomes. • Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables in partnership with cross-functional teams. • Establish integrated program plans, governance models, operating cadences, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. • Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure successful delivery. • Facilitate executive decision-making by presenting clear recommendations, trade-offs, and action plans. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and executive stakeholders. • Drive accountability and collaboration across diverse teams without direct authority. • Develop and enhance PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices. • Mentor and coach program managers supporting key initiatives. • Continuously improve program management processes and operating models.
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO leadership, management consulting, transformation leadership, strategy & operations, or go-to-market transformation. • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives. • Proven ability to manage complex programs from strategy through execution. • Experience rapidly integrating into ongoing initiatives and creating structure and alignment. • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across executive and senior leadership teams. • Experience establishing governance frameworks, executive reporting, and decision-making processes. • Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking and execution excellence.
