📋 Description

• Build and maintain deployment plans, including tracking milestones, task dependencies, and critical path activities • Monitor and manage release schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies • Coordinate and execute deployment and release activities with cross‑functional teams including software delivery, OCM, and Release Management • Support development and implementation of deployment strategies, standards, and best practices • Maintain clear documentation related to release and deployment processes • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, release management, and environment readiness • Provide timely and accurate status updates to stakeholders and project leadership • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for deployment and release processes • Support integration with Agile delivery cycles, CI/CD workflows, and SAP ChaRM processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience coordinating complex software deployments or release management activities • Familiarity with Agile principles, SAP release processes, and iterative development cycles • Hands‑on experience with project tracking tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, Jira, etc.) • Understanding of CI/CD concepts and release automation • Ability to work collaboratively across functional, technical, and leadership teams
