• Accurately input, update, and maintain company records and databases • Verify data for accuracy and completeness • Review and correct errors in digital files • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Generate basic reports as needed
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email platforms) • Strong typing skills with attention to detail • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Previous data entry experience (Preferred) • Familiarity with Microsoft excel or data management platforms (Preferred) • Basic knowledge of data management systems (Preferred)
