• Deliver impactful training and coaching sessions that reinforce Basecamp principles and standards. • Conduct 1:1 coaching interventions with employees who are not meeting Basecamp expectations. • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure consistency in coaching approaches and policy application. • Track progress and outcomes of coaching engagements, ensuring measurable improvement. • Continuously suggest enhancements to Basecamp materials, methods, and processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years of experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities • Proven capability to coach, mentor, and influence others effectively • In-depth understanding of Basecamp policies and compliance standards • Empathy, patience, and professionalism when handling sensitive coaching discussions • Ability to transfer knowledge and facilitate learning
