📋 Description

• Support the execution of programmatic campaigns across DSPs to drive customer acquisition and engagement • Assist in managing the campaign lifecycle, including trafficking, pacing, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues • Analyze performance data and implement optimizations across targeting, creative, and bidding to improve efficiency and ROI • Partner with Data, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals and brand standards • Contribute to reporting and insights by tracking performance and helping quantify the impact of programmatic on customer growth

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing programmatic media buying across DSPs, including platforms such as The Trade Desk, along with PMPs and ad servers, with a proven track record of meeting performance expectations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex metrics into actionable campaign improvements. • Operational rigor and a proactive approach to solving campaign issues and navigating the evolving digital landscape. • Hunger to deliver game-changing products. • Exceptional drive and precision in delivery. • A belief that your work is tied to your life's mission. • Optimistic about the potential of societal change.
